Our mobile service provides high-quality car care directly to your location, whether at home or your place of work. We ask only for a secure spot to plug in our extension cord for power. Please note, we cannot carry out our services on busy main roads or in narrow spaces. If you foresee these issues, let us know, and we will work with you to find alternative solutions.

Booking Essentials

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit via bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable and vary depending on the chosen service package and location. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your service.

While we prioritize reliability, some circumstances are beyond our control. Should Shine My Car need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we will inform you within 14 days of the original booking date. If the rescheduling extends beyond this period, we will provide a full refund of your deposit.

Special Considerations

If your vehicle’s interior contains substantial amounts of mud, sand, mold, paint, or other materials that may increase our standard service time, additional charges may apply. Kindly inform us and share a few photos before your appointment to help us prepare accordingly.

Before each appointment, clients are asked to review and agree to our terms and conditions.

Shine My Car Maintenance Scheme

Our maintenance scheme recommends a 6-week interval between services. Exceeding this interval will require a deep cleaning package to return your vehicle to a maintenance-ready condition.

If, between appointments, your vehicle incurs excessive dirt, such as sand, mud, or spills, please inform us in advance. This helps us maintain our schedule and may prevent additional charges for extended service time on your appointment day.
