Safe Workspace Requirements

To carry out our work efficiently and safely:
  • We require access to a safe and secure power source where we can plug in our extension lead.
  • We cannot perform work on vehicles parked on busy main roads, narrow streets, heavily trafficked areas, or in pay-and-display car parks due to safety and insurance restrictions.
If your location falls into any of these categories, please inform us in advance so we can explore alternative arrangements to accommodate your booking.

Booking and Deposits

  • All bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment, which must be paid via bank transfer.
  • Deposit amounts vary depending on the service package and your location.
  • Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

While we strive to maintain all appointments as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic disruptions, weather, or other uncontrollable events may require us to cancel or reschedule.
If this happens:
  • We will rearrange your booking within 14 days of the original appointment date.
  • If we cannot reschedule within this period, we will issue a full refund of your deposit.

Condition of Your Vehicle

If your vehicle’s interior is excessively soiled (e.g., with mud, sand, pet hair, mould, or paint):
  • Additional charges may apply depending on the level of cleaning required.
  • To provide an accurate estimate, we recommend sending us photos of the interior before your booking.
If these conditions are not disclosed prior to the appointment, any additional fees will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Missed or Affected Bookings

  • Any booking affected by the above issues without prior notice may result in full charges being applied.
  • Failure to pay these charges may result in further action to recover the missed payment.

Your Agreement

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
